HOW DO I GET TO
PROTARAS?
The closest airport to the event venue in Protaras is Larnaca International Airport. From the airport to the hotel you can travel by coach, minibus or taxi. It takes approximately 45 minutes door to door. If you would like assistance with arranging transport to/from the airport to the Hotel, you can contact us and we will do our best to help you.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
We will send out a suggested packing list by mid September.
WHAT LANGUAGE WILL BE USED DURING THE SEMINARS?
All classes will be taught in English. Translations will be available in Greek and French if required.
I PREFER NOT TO SHARE A ROOM, IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, unfortunately the standard room rates are based on 2/3 people sharing. If you wish to have your own SINGLE room it will be an additional €210 for the week.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL my trip?
The deposit is non refundable. 70% of the remaining costs are refundable up until August 5, 2024 via written request to shrimpn.club@gmail.com

IS the plane ticket included?
No, you will need to find your own way to paradise! There are some good routes to Cyprus via Vienna, Frankfurt, Paris and Dubai

please can i bring my partner/family?
Of course, just get in touch before you book and we can arrange a suitable room or suite and associated costs for your stay in accordance with your party number. For example if you bring your partner who does not want to participate in the seminars, the cost will be deducted from their Hotel Package price.
is it gi/nogi?
Both, show off your Team Gi's and your best spandex superhero outfits.
IS IT OK TO only attend the seminars/open mats?
Absolutely - just be sure to complete the registration form and pay the mat fees in advance. Daily/weekend rates are available for those who live locally or wish to just pop in for a short time.
ARE THE WATERSPORTS INCLUDED?
No, all watersports bookings are an additional cost to you, but we have arranged discounts with a number of experienced companies. Advanced bookings are recommended.
WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED?
The full package price includes breakfast at the hotel, group dinner on the first & final nights, and Beach BBQ at the weekend. There are plenty of cafe's and restaurants in the hotel or within walking distance to cater for all dietary needs.
